American Bankruptcy Law Journal
Are you a business law student? Or perhaps you want to understand a little
more about bankruptcy law? In that case, this magazine would be of an interest to you.
It is called: American Bankruptcy Law Journal
This is a quarterly journal that is published by the National Conference of Bankruptcy
Judges.
The rates (1 July 2009) are:
All new and renewal subscriptions are $75/annum
New lawyers (less than two years in practice) is $45/annum.
Full time professors is $40/annum
The journal is highly technical and it can be a little hard for layman to understand. In fact,
the publisher seem to 'select' their subscribers, even though you can find this in Amazon.
If you are from schools and insitutions, they may not want to send it to you. There may be a
need for you to seek approval before you receive the magazine.
That means if you are a layperson (ie. not a lawyer by practice), it is quite hard for you to
get this magazine.
